CIHT Procurement and Delivery Panel ran a one day event on 10 November entitled New Models for Collaboration.
Aims were: To inform delegates about the latest developments in collaborative working in procurement and delivery and to help attendees understand why these organisations adopted new approaches in delivering their programmes.
Who it was for: Clients, providers, local authorities.
What attendees gained: An insight into current and innovative thinking -it was also an opportunity to gain CPD in this critical area of delivery. Delegates also had the chance to meet with clients and practitioners to discuss best practice in procurement and delivery.
Delegates spent the afternoon considering three questions on the key ingredients, blockers and the outputs of collaboration.
