North East & Cumbria Papers Competition 2016

The popular Papers Competition returns for another year, with the Region's young professionals presenting on a highways and transportation topic they have worked on as either part of their studies, or early career.
On the evening, we will hear five short presentations from:

James Macpherson (AECOM) - Twickenham Station pedestrian modelling

Vincent Muller (Jacobs) - Airport surface access modelling: characteristics, challenges and practical application

Bradley Sparkes (Northumbria University) - Highway asset management for extreme events: mitigating the impact of landslides
CIHT President, Dr Susan Sharland, will sit on the judging panel, and be available for questions and networking after the event.
