Amy Barnett is a Principal Transport Planner at Atkins, responsible for the management and delivery of multi-modal transport studies to clients across the UK. Amy is a Chartered Transport Planning Professional with 8 years experiencing, having achieved chartership following completion of the Transport Planning Society Professional Development Scheme. Amy’s experience is varied and includes development planning, transport modelling, business case and appraisal, bid management and stakeholder engagement. More recently Amy has applied her varied experience as a Project Manager on a multi-modal transport scheme, working across disciplines to develop the optimum solution for the client and future users of the scheme.
Billy Parr is Head of Network Development at Essex County Council, and is responsible for planning and commissioning a range of transport infrastructure projects across Essex. He has eighteen years’ experience in transport planning, the majority of which has been gained on the case-making, planning and delivery of major transport projects in London including the Northern line extension, the Silvertown Tunnel and the Bank station upgrade project. He became a Chartered Transport Planning Professional in 2017, following the submission of a Portfolio of Evidence and professional review interview, and has been a TPP reviewer for CIHT since 2019.
Cat Goumal leads on all of CIHT's qualifications including the Chartered Transport Planning Professional. Cat has over 10 years experience of managing education and lifelong learning for professionals working in the built environment.
