Prof Alan R Woodside OBE, MPhil, CEng, FICE, FIEI, FCIHT, FIAT - Professor Emeritus at University of Ulster Prof Woodside is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Ulster. He is a past Chairman of CIHT’s Northern Ireland Branch and received an OBE for his services to higher education and highway engineering in Northern Ireland in 2013. He is a CIHT Reviewer with many years’ experience across a range of topics in the Highways and Transportation. He recently reinstated the NI Branch of the IHE in 2022. |

Celine Daly CTPP MCIHT - Technical Director with Highways, Civils & Transportation at Tetra-Tech RPS Belfast Celine Daly is a Technical Director within the Highways, Civils & Transportation section of the Tetra-Tech RPS Belfast office. Since joining the company in 2001, she has 25 years’ experience in all aspects of transport planning, active travel, engineering and consultancy. She has worked extensively in the field of preparation and progression of transport-related deliverables for planning submissions and providing Expert Witness services, as well as being responsible for procuring and managing call-off contracts for large governmental and private frameworks such as the DfI Major Roads Works Framework (NI), City Deal, Dublin Port Environmental, Planning & Engineering Frameworks (ROI) and North Ayrshire Council Consulting Services Active Travel Framework (Scotland). |

Colin Hutchinson FCIHT - Director of A5 Western Transport Corridor and Active Travel Colin is the Director of the A5 Western Transport Corridor (WTC) and Active Travel, and has responsibility for the delivery of the 88km, £2.1bn A5 WTC, and the transformation of Active Travel delivery in NI. He has worked in the NI Roads authority for over 32 years and has led the successful delivery of many high-profile major infrastructure projects. He has successfully delivered approximately 80km of new dual carriageway at a cost of just under £1bn. He is also leading the transformation of Active Travel delivery in NI - in line with The Climate Change Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 obligations. Colin is a Fellow of the CIHT. |
