Project Management for Transport Professionals has always been an interesting concept. The needs to become Transport Planners can be supported by skills and processes we adopt. The event will provide you an introduction to the arts and science of Project Management. It is intended to introduce understanding of deliverables, interdependencies, estimation, resource planning, programming and Change Control.
The session is intended to provide you with an overview of some of the challenges we come across often and how to avoid repeatedly falling into activity traps which occur when project managers fails to realize that the means to achieve the end!
