The talk describes non-disruptive geopolymer injection techniques for highway infrastructure maintenance and construction. It covers geopolymer properties, including their strength, durability and low carbon footprint.
Applications include concrete bay stabilisation (and lifting), pavement foundation and subgrade strengthening, water damage control, amongst other applications. The presentation addresses issues of settlement, voiding, and poor ground conditions under carriageways
