Road Safety Audits: The Application of HD19/15 in the Design Process
In association with the Society of Road Safety Auditors (SoRSA), CIHT has arranged an event on "Road Safety Audits: The Application of HD19/15 in the Design Process". This event will be appropriate for anyone involved in aspects of highway design, whether major schemes or local improvements and highlight some of the common misconceptions and benefits on applying road safety audit within any design process.
SoRSA has been established by the Institution as a response to a growing call from professionals operating in the field of safety auditing and safety engineering practice in the UK, for a forum to exchange best practice and, importantly, to provide advice and ultimately routes to professional recognition for safety auditing practitioners.
