Graham delivered a lecture on the changes proposed in the recent signing review

The Department for Transport’s Traffic Signs Policy review, “Signing the Way” published in October 2011, established a clear policy framework in which traffic signing should be considered and delivered. The recommendations from the review are expected to deliver a new signing system based on less prescription and greater freedom for local authorities who best understand the needs of their areas.

The lecture outlined the changes already brought forward as well as what can be expected in the near future. There was also the opportunity to discuss the content of the report and network with other practitioners.
