All members of CIHT and their guests are invited to a specially organised visit of Highways England's A21 Tonbridge to Pembury Dualling project, 14 July, 10.00-12 noon
Balfour Beatty is currently upgrading the A21 between Tonbridge and Pembury to dual two-lane lane carriageway for Highways England. The site visit will include a presentation about the scheme from the project team, followed by a tour of the site with explanation of what is happening and why.
It's all free of charge and presents an excellent opportunity to see at first hand how one of the most challenging schemes in the south east is coming together.
Oh and it qualifies for CPD as well, so why not come along.

Please note: attendees will need full PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, jacket/vest, trousers and steel toe capped boots. A limited amount of PPE can be provided, but bring your own if you can.
