Gordon Hanning, Head of Concessionary Travel and Integrated Ticketing at Transport Scotland, will give a presentation on progress to deliver the Scottish Government’s vision for ‘all journeys on Scotland’s bus, rail, ferry, subway and tram networks can be accessed using some form of smart ticketing or payment’.

 

Gordon will outline progress in recent years, building on the provision of smart ticketing through the national concessionary travel scheme since 2006 and key elements of delivering an ITSO smart ticketing scheme in Scotland.
