The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at the annual conference venue, Radisson Blu Hotel, Manchester Airport. A hybrid option is available for those joining online.
Please use the booking option to register for the meeting, upon registering you'll receive a confirmation email that will contain the online meeting link. Notice is herby given that the 19th AGM of the Society of Road Safety Auditors (SoRSA) will be held on 22 June 2026 at 17.30.
The AGM offers us an opportunity to reflect on the past year and look forward to the next. It also provides an opportunity for SoRSA members to hear about and get involved in the societies activities.
The AGM will see the Chair reflect on the past year and the successes, and will see the election of new committee members. If you wish to join the AGM, please use the 'book a place' button on this page.
As required by our constitution, a number of committee posts are due for re-election and provides an opportunity for you to become involved with your Society. Nomination forms and information on the current vacancies can be found below.

If you would like to stand for election to one of the above roles, please submit a nomination form and provide the required details. Nominations need to be submitted by Monday 15 June 2026.
Becoming a SoRSA Committee Member can help you expand your network with leading professionals and help you stand out from the crowd. Joining your committee also counts towards Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and can lead to longer involvement in national CIHT activities.
