Once again, the Southwestern branch is holding their annual conference and dinner at The Rougemont/Thistle Hotel in Exeter; on Thursday 13th February 2014. The theme of this year's conference is "Action for Roads: Aspirations or Reality" with speakers from Local Authority, Department for Transport and the Highways Agency amongst others.
