Following previous years successful events, we have again booked the Solent Hotel for this year’s Dinner Dance. The Hotel has always been a popular venue with our members and with companies for corporate entertainment with hospitality and accommodation in the same building. The Hotel provides a high standard of facilities including a pool and gym.
Tables are for 10 people at a cost of £70 per person. The meal will be roast beef, with a vegetarian option. Wine can be pre-ordered and there will be a cash bar adjacent to the ballroom. Accommodation in the hotel is available at a special function rate of £123 double B&B. (£86.50 single).
To make a booking, please download the 
Annual Dinner Dance Booking Form and return, together with a cheque made out to ‘The Institution of Highways and Transportation‘.
When making accommodation bookings at the hotel please refer to the IHT provisional allocation of rooms but provide your details so that they can bill you direct (Tel 01489 880000).
