Speaker: Paul Arnold BSc CEng MICE
Paul is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 40 years experience in the Highways Sector with central and local Government.  The last 25 ½ years have been mostly in project management on Major Trunk Road schemes for the Highways Agency and Department for Transport.  He is Senior Project Manager responsible for the recently opened A3 Hindhead Tunnel scheme (an association that goes back 25 years).

The new A3 Hindhead Bypass, including the UK's longest under-land road tunnel, opened in July 2011. We look back at how this groundbreaking project has been delivered - within budget and on schedule.
