CIHT Middle East is proud to present an insightful in-person seminar on “Strategic Asset Management: Creating Value for Clients and Customers,” featuring recognized Asset Management professionals and industry leaders. The session will explore how a strategic approach to Asset Management can deliver measurable value for clients, customers, operators, and delivery partners throughout the asset lifecycle.
The discussion will emphasize the importance of integrating Asset Management from the earliest stages of the planning, design, construction, operation, maintenance, and upgrade lifecycle, demonstrating how early consideration can enhance long-term performance, reliability, efficiency, and value.
Our expert speakers will share insights and practical examples covering early Asset Management integration, ISO 55001, whole-life costing, data-driven decision-making, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), demonstrating how these principles can create tangible value across the supply chain. The session will also explore the growing role of Asset Management in the deployment and operation of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). Participants will gain insights into optimizing the lifecycle performance of ITS assets, including CCTV, VMS, and SCADA; improving the reliability and availability of critical traffic and tunnel systems; enabling data-driven maintenance through real-time ITS data; and supporting more informed and effective decision-making.
Anyone interested or working in highways and transportation at any stage of their career, particularly those involved in asset management.
