Phil Cartmail, a member of the Working Group which produced the last two editions of the Specification for Reinstatements of Openings in the Highway (SROH), will be covering the new SROH in depth during these one-day courses. SROH is a Code of Practice outlining a national standard applicable to all Undertakers when carrying out reinstatement as a part of executing street works. If you are involved in any aspect of reinstatement works (whether working for a utility or a council), this course is for you!
