Overview

The Chartered Professional Review (CPR) has been held annually by CIHT in Hong Kong since 2010. Successful members who pass the CPR through CIHT may be endorsed by the Engineering Council of the United Kingdom to become a Chartered Engineer (CEng).

This briefing session in Hong Kong will offer valuable insights into the routes to chartership through CIHT, with particular focus on the requirements and application procedures for the CPR under both the Standard Route and the Individual Route, the CPR process in Hong Kong, and guidance on preparation. Successful CPR candidates will also share their experiences and practical tips to help future applicants prepare for the review.

Important Booking Information

The technical talk will be conducted in English and online registration is required. The number of participants is limited to 30. Applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis with priority given to members of the CIHT. Deadline for the registration is 10 May 2026.

	Alan CHAN BSc MSc CEng MCIHT MICE MIStructE MHKIE RPE Alan is a Chartered Engineer, an experienced CIHT Chartered Professional Reviewer and the former Honorary Secretary of the CIHT Hong Kong Committee.
