GoToWebinar: This webinar, organised by CIHT East Midlands, will outline how vision led approaches to development planning and regeneration projects can lead to more sustainable outcomes.
In this webinar, our speaker Jon Parker, will outline how vision led approaches to development planning and regeneration projects can lead to more sustainable outcomes.
It will use real-life project examples to demonstrate how more innovative and artistic skills can enable communities to more readily bring their vision for the local area to life. It will bring together disparate disciplines including planning, engineering and art.
The webinar will also demonstrate how we can prevent the continued development of car dominated communities, and how a different vision-led approach within the current policy framework can create places where people choose to walk, cycle and use public transport for local trips.
This webinar is open to both CIHT Members and non-members. It will be of particular interest to anyone involved in sustainable transport planning, development planning, transport engineering or land use planning.
