This one day workshop, organised by the Dorset Design and Heritage Forum, aims to give professionals interested in public realm design (architects, landscape architects, engineers,
planners, urban designers) an update on best practice and current creative design projects from Dorset. Particularly in the light of the current economic situation looking at how multidisciplinary teams can add significant value to essential projects and infrastructure.
Creative by design – collaborative art and design for the built environment in Dorset
Key themes of the day will be:
Speakers include two internationally acclaimed artist/architect teams Sans Facon and ZMMA /Simon Pirie. We also have John Burridge - Principal Engineer at Dorset County Council,
Maggie Bolt, - Director of Maggie Bolt Associates and Alex Murdin - Creative Places Development Manager for the Dorset Design and Heritage Forum.
Places cost £15, numbers are limited to 30.
