World Road Association Congress Dinner Debate 2012

There will be a dinner for WRA UK members (including TC reps). The Chief Executives and senior staff from the Overseeing Organisations are meeting in Cardiff on the 30 October and have been invited to attend the dinner. The dinner will include a keynote address from a high profile individual on a theme connected to the Congress. Following the address, a challenge is opened up to the floor for what is expected be a lively and engaging debate.

Graham Dalton, Chief Executive from the Highways Agency will give a brief address at the dinner. Details of an additional high profile speaker will follow.
