Y & H Branch Annual General Meeting

Thursday 15 April 2010 at 18.00hrs at the Royal Armouries, Leeds

Members of the Committee, including officers, are elected for three years and then are eligible for re-election.  As approved at the AGM in 1994 the officers are appointed by the Executive Committee from within those elected. Retiring members having served three years are Craig Ellis, Saunders, Alan Carnall, Leanne Farrow, and Emma Anforth, who are all eligible for re-election.  John Brown as retiring Chairman will become an Ex Officio Member. There are a total of 4 vacancies on the Main Committee together with vacancies for a co-opted members and also for Young professionals. 

In accordance with Branch by-laws, nominations are invited by completing the:

Nominations should be sent to the Honorary Secretary no later than 14 April 2010.

This Annual General Meeting will be followed by the Evening Meeting: “Innovative Design of roundabouts and Junctions” at 6.30pm.
