How these responsibilities are discharged including the links between different departments, plans and policies;
What impact the floods of 2007 have had on resilience planning;
How the Pitt Report dealt with the issues;
How resilience is built into the design of infrastructure and what measures have been taken and are being taken to protect critical infrastructure; and
What the new Government's approach to resilience planning is.
