Date: Tuesday 16th October 2012
Venue: Goals, Leeds
Start Time: All teams to be ready by 5.45pm
Finishing Time: Approximately 8.00pm
Entry Deadline: Friday 12th October 2012
Entry Fee: £15 per team (to be paid on the night)
Team entry requirements:
• A minimum of 5 players per team
• Teams should include at least one female
• Team entries not meeting these criteria will be accepted but will be deducted points for matches when a female player is not fielded
Individual player entries:
• Individual members can also enter and will be assigned to a mixed team.
• Individual player entries are required to contribute to their assigned team’s entry costs.
• All entrants will be expected to feature in at least 2 games.
