Creating the right environment for collaboration to thrive is critical to the
successful delivery of the government’s investment in the highways sector.
There is recognition that working collaboratively across the supply chain is the
only way forwards, but there is confusion amongst individuals as to what they
can do to contribute and make collaboration a reality.
