The 2016 AGM will be held at 1730 hours on Monday 20^th June 2016 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Holliday Street, Birmingham. 

 Formal Notice of the AGM, including the agenda, will be issued nearer the date, but it should be noted that the following Officer and Committee Member positions will be open for election:

• Web Officer [3 year appointment]
• Ordinary Committee Member for Wales [3 year appointment]
• 2 Ordinary Committee Members [3 year appointments]

 Any Notice of Business to be transacted at the AGM must be with the Acting Secretary by 23^rd May 2016. Details of the Business must be provided with the Notice.
