Richard met representatives from schools, local authorities and other local enterprise initiatives with the aim of furthering their knowledge of the Civil & Construction Engineering sector.
The purpose of the event was to offer organisations support in attending Careers Fairs and visiting education establishments as well as assisting them with access to local employers for work placements, with the principal aim of allowing students to engage in the broad spectrum of opportunities within the industry.
Richard says; ‘The event was successful with a dozen attendees expressing an interest in further assistance’.
