We have designed, in collaboration with members, an online Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Hub to help organisations and individuals to shift the dial on EDI.
Whether you are early or further on in your EDI journey, you can browse and access a range of information, case studies, news, events and other resources that can help improve diverse representation in your workplace and to enhance inclusive professional practice to better serve diverse communities.
Organisations across the sector already know that diversity, equity, equality and inclusion are business critical in the pursuit of commercial success, reaching wider markets, driving growth, increasing competitiveness and mitigating legal and reputational risk.
Start-ups, scale ups and many other organisations can find navigating the complex and ever-evolving EDI landscape as well as the practical application of best practice - an insurmountable challenge.
The Hub offers a library of CIHT and external resources to help organisations embrace and accelerate EDI in practice.
The Hub brings together existing and new resources to support organisations to shift the dial on equality, diversity and inclusion - in terms of improving diverse representation in the workforce as well as promoting inclusive professional practice to better serve diverse communities and create a public realm for all.
The Hub includes two levels:
To support organisations that are in the earlier stages of their EDI journey
For organisations that are ready to make a step-change and accelerate progress around EDI.
We are pleased to launch our EDI Hub, a dynamic resource that will evolve into the future.
