The event on 23 June will be an opportunity to celebrate the outstanding achievements in highways and transportation and learn about best practice and key projects and initiatives in the sector.
CIHT’s Director of Policy & Technical Affairs Andrew Hugill said: “We have taken the opportunity to share knowledge about the CIHT Awards 2020 in a virtual format, as we won’t be able to have an awards ceremony and dinner this year.
“This means that we are able to focus more on showcasing the projects and initiatives shortlisted from our record number of entries this year to a wider audience.”
The shortlist for the Awards – which this year features 12 categories – is being revealed over the course of three webcasts, covering the themes ‘Supporting One Another’, ‘Innovation’ and ‘Shaping the Future’.
Two took place last week and the final session on Shaping the Future will be this Thursday. The webcasts provide a valuable opportunity to hear about all the shortlisted entries, with information also available in the Members Area of this website.
