Chaired by Peter Molyneux, Chair of the Board of Trustees, the Board considered a wide‑ranging agenda, including:

• CIHT’s financial position for 2025–26, year‑end accounts, reserves and investments
• Approval of corporate KPIs and business plans for 2026–2028
• Progress against the Board Annual Work Programme and Strategic Risk Register
• Governance and performance oversight across CIHT’s strategic boards
• Approval of the governance framework for Project Beacon, CIHT’s digital transformation programme
• Board development, nominations governance and the work of the CIHT Foundation

The Board also received updates on communications activity and the ongoing Elections to Council process.
