CIHT invites external speakers to present on a key industry themes at the quarterly CIHT Council meeting held in our London office in Britannia Walk. On Wednesday 19 September Richard Coates, Deputy Director - Highways, Office of Rail and Road, will make a presentation to the CIHT Council entitled  “An update on work of ORR including annual assessment of Highways England”. The 41 Council members representing our UK membership will then debate how best CIHT might address and support the issues raised in as part of the Council’s role in helping guide the vision and work of the Institution.
