Now is the Time to Get Involved and Create your Own CIHT Mentoring Profile 

The first step is to create your mentoring profile, this helps mentees find you and decide whether you are the right mentor for them.

To access the platform, simply sign in to your MYCIHT account. You don’t need a separate username and password for the mentoring platform. Please create your profile and provide as much information as possible. The more complete the profile, the better the matches and relationships will be.

When completing your profile, please include:

• A summary of your career highlights and experience
• Areas of the sector you are familiar with (e.g., Active Travel, Asset Management, etc.)
• A photo of yourself if you are comfortable doing so.
• Your availability and preferred contact method.
• Your specialism(s) i.e. which qualifications or career stages you can help with.
• Whether you can provide Professional Registration mentoring or General mentoring (or both).
• A personal statement with any other information that you wish to share (i.e., professional strengths).
