As the interview starts with John Carrington:  'If you were in a senior position you could get away with it.  Is to ride on the footplate of a Barber-Greene or a Blaw-Knox when its laying hot rolled asphalt, particularly on a cold and November day and you'd chat up the screwman and he'd say can I join you.'
