These activities are designed to inspire the next generation to consider a rewarding career in engineering by providing quality careers resources that offer clear information for young people, their teachers and parents.

The activities within the Tomorrow's Engineers programme gives young people the chance to talk directly to engineers who showcase and contextualise the wide variety of roles available within engineering and how they are helping to solve real world problems. Tomorrow's Engineers vision is to create a national network of employers working locally and their hope is to reach and inspire 1m young people every year.

To support the Tomorrow's Engineers programme, CIHT are proud to introduce our new interactive activity pack. The Pack is designed to bring the transport infrastructure sector to life for children and to give them the opportunity to start learning about the possibilities of an exciting and rewarding career in our sector. It also allows them to apply theoretical skills to practical and real-world transport challenges and is designed to inspire the next generation into entering a career in engineering.

For a copy of the pack, please contact John Hall, CIHT’s Professional Development Officer, at john.hall@ciht.org.uk. You will be sent an email with instructions on how to use the pack and a hard copy of the pack itself for your use at your next STEM event.
