The CIHT in the West Midlands is launching a photo competition aimed at highlighting the innovative and iconic transportation across the region. If you're a member in the West Midlands with an eye for a great shot, show us your photographs on Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #CIHTWMPics! We'll retweet all of our favourites and we'll enter the photo with the most likes as the West Midland's entry into the national CIHT Photo Competition subject to the terms and conditions below. Submission rules

Members are permitted to submit as many photos as they would like.

Members must hold the rights to high resolution JPEGS or PNG versions of submitted images of sufficient resolution to produce high quality large scale prints.

Entries close on 1 April 2017 and the member originally submitting the photo with the most 'likes' by posting on Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #CIHTWMPics will be contacted as the 'winner'.

On contacting the 'winner', the member must supply their membership number, full name, email address, telephone number and the high resolution image file within one week. If these submission rules are not met, the member with the next highest number of 'likes' will be contacted similarly as the 'winner'.

CIHT West Midlands reserves the right to disqualify entries that don't highlight innovative or iconic transportation across the West Midlands.

All entrants agree that on submission of their images they give CIHT the right to reproduce the image. By entering the competition you have confirmed you have authorised this.

All winning regional photos will be showcased at the Regional Officers Conference in November 2017.

The name of the winners may be published in Transportation Professional, CIHT’s magazine, after the region has acknowledged their win.

Entrants must be members of the CIHT.
