The Health and Safety Executive consultation on the replacement of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 closes on Friday 6th June.

The consultation document seeks views on HSE's proposal to replace the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM 2007) and withdraw the Approved Code of Practice.

The proposals will be of interest to clients of construction work (including householders as clients), designers, principal contractors, contractors, sub-contractors including the self-employed, CDM co-ordinators, safety representatives and anyone else with an interest in construction projects.
