Would you like to contribute to the well being of our industry and help to shape the path for the future?  Becoming a member of the CIHT Council gives you an opportunity to do just that.  You will find the experience both enjoyable and rewarding, as Council Membership offers you the chance to give something back to the industry and to network with fellow professionals.  As a Council Member you will have unparalleled opportunities to meet informally with others in the profession, be they contractors, consultants, or public authority people.  You will also have the opportunity to determine the strategic and professional direction of your Institution and play a key role in influencing CIHT Policy.

This year, there are two vacancies for Ordinary Members (any Corporate Member can stand) and eight Vacancies for Branch Members (East Midlands, Midland, North Wales, North Western, Greater London, Yorkshire and Humberside, Northern Ireland and South Wales).  To stand as a Branch Member you must be a Corporate Member of the respective Branch.
