The DCLG has responded to the Taylor Review of Planning Practice Guidance which can be found here.

The Government has adopted the majority of Lord Taylor's recommendations, but on one important point has agreed with the CIHT's view that existing practice guidance, that needs to be reviewed, is retained until new guidance is drafted.
