The Governance Review draws to a close with the proposed resolutions to CIHT’s Charter and Byelaws, being taken to an EGM on 18th March 2020 at 16:00hrs at 119 Britannia Walk. The associated changes to the Standing Orders will also be available at the meeting. If you are a Full Voting Member and wish to attend please contact communications@ciht.org.uk. All the documents will be available on the website from 4 March 2020.

The AGENDA for the EGM is as follows:-

1. To receive the report from the Trustees, and seek agreement, on proposed changes to CIHT’s Royal Charter and Standing Orders following the CIHT Governance Review.
2. To transact any other business
