Geoff Allister from the Northern Ireland Branch and Chief Executive of Roads Service (DRD), was elected as President of the CIHT on the 23rd June 2010. This follows on a strong tradition of Northern Ireland Branch members serving as National Presidents; Harold Scott 1970-71, Billy McCoubrey in 1998-9, and Ronnie Porter in 2002-3.
