The benefits of sponsoring an IHT award are as follows:

• Sole Identification with chosen award, such as - IHT/Ringway Innovation Award 2010
• Logo on all material inviting entry to the award.  Minimum of 4pp 4-colour brochure inserted in two issues of Transportation Professional magazine (Circulation over 12,000), brochure emailed direct to c 5,000 IHT members, 350 local authorities and academic institutions.
• Opportunity to put forward a National Judge for the award
• Logo on all publicity material and the programme for the IHT Awards Dinner 2010 (around 450 guests).
• Logo on IHT website publicising the Awards and Awards Dinner
• A free table at the Awards Dinner (tables of ten) including six bottles of wine.
• Representative of the sponsor to announce the winner
• Display space (for exhibition stand) at the entrance to the Awards Dinner
• Sponsor’s name on the award’s video montage at the Awards Dinner
• Sponsor’s name on the presented Awards and commendation certificates
• Sponsors name mentioned at the IHT prestigious Annual Luncheon and included in the video montage shown at the Annual Luncheon.
• Sponsor’s name on the IHT Awards’ dissemination of Best Practice coverage in the June 2010 issue of Transportation Professional and on the IHT website page dedicated to the 2010 Awards.
• Editorial coverage in Awards preview and review issues of Transportation Professional will carry sponsors’ logos appropriately, ie, profiles of award winning projects will carry the logo of the sponsor of that award.
