The Government has confirmed that agreements have been reached with all 39 LEPS over how a further £1bn will be allocated.  The Local Growth Fund is taken from existing government department budgets and is part of a £6bn allocation.  The Government press release can be found here. 

CIHT’s National Conference on the 10 March 2015 entitled ‘Making Local Transport Work’ will seek to address local transport planning, funding and governance issues. The Conference will include presentations from Alex Pratt, Management Board Chair of the LEP Network and run break-out sessions hosted by LEPS from Oxfordshire and the West of England.
