Do you have an interest in the history of our motorways? If yes, then this is for you. CIHT is calling for keen and enthusiastic members to join our newest network – the Motorway Archive Special Interest Group.

 

The group is forming as a result of the closure of the Motorway Archive Trust which was an independent registered charity. The Trust has been highly successful in collecting and celebrating motorway archives and has now completed what it was set up to do.

This new CIHT Group will take forward the valuable work of the Trust and be responsible for identifying and collecting new material, maintaining the website and ensuring that the motorway archive is maintained and developed as appropriate.
