Today is National Mentoring Day and we are celebrating by highlighting the many ways you can share professional experiences and help others. CIHT encourages members to actively mentor other professionals as this strengthens the highways and transportation sector.

 

Mentoring helps members interested in gaining qualifications to prepare for their assessments and interviews, and it can be recorded as CPD because it helps develop your technical knowledge and interviewing skills. Mentor Match Me is a mentoring scheme aimed at matching those looking for a career mentor with suitable mentors. 

 

CIHT’s Assessors, Mentors and Reviewers are key to the development and delivery of the Institution’s professional qualifications.
