Ready for the Future – Professional Development Grants

The Ready for the Future programme supports transport professionals to build the emerging and future‑focused skills required across the sector. Grants are available for study in critical areas such as AI, Big Data, Behavioural Science, Safe Systems, Accessibility & Inclusion, and Nature‑Based Solutions, among many others.

Aimed at addressing recognised skills gaps, these grants are targeted at applicants who would not otherwise be able to afford to study, and who can apply their new knowledge to create meaningful impact across the transport sector. The deadline for applications is 10 April 2026.
