On the first Thursday of every quarter (March, June, September, December) a list of newly registered Chartered Engineers, Incorporated Engineers, Engineering Technicians, ICT Technicians and European Engineers is published in the Daily Telegraph. Names are listed under the institution through which each individual has become professionally qualified.
