The NI Branch of the CIHT, together with the IAT, organised a very successful seminar on 'Surface Dressing in a modern environment' on the 7th February 2013 in the Dunsilly Hotel.  The speakers were Jim Campbell of ICB and Edmund Hegarty of Irish Tar.  The presentations can be downloaded from the Branch archive.  The seminar was opened by Dr Andrew Murray Chief Executive of Roads Service and Chaired by Professor Alan Woodside.  Thanks go to Stephen Caldwell of Tennants Tar who organised the event.
