Young members from each branch are being sought to help develop a national online forum and network specifically tailored for younger members within the Institution. IHT's Member Services Board is setting up the network with the aim of providing dedicated services that will help those early in their careers and encourage further young people into the industry.

Members at the early stages of their career are being sought to help develop a national online forum and network specifically tailored for younger members within the Institution.

IHT’s Member Services Board is setting up the network with the aim of providing dedicated services that will help those early in their careers and encourage further people into the industry.

The network is being developed in response to requests from a number of branches and individual members. There are already young member's groups established at a number of branches and by introducing this forum on a national basis these can be better co ordinated.

Currently being called ‘ProNet’, the network will be entirely based online making it accessible to all those who have not been able to take part in previous IHT activities due to time commitments.
