The CIHT PDF is an online system that provides a structured approach to professional development for employees working in Highways and Transportation. The framework provides a pathway to professional qualifications and is the only highways and transportation competency-based training programme available, allowing users to record knowledge and experience gained at work and benchmark progress against professionally recognised standards.
