Shortlisted applicants will now go forward to a round of interviews with the judging panel before winners are revealed at the Emerging Professionals Conference to be held at Aston University, Birmingham, on 17 April 2024.

Everyone should be proud to have been nominated as they all deserved to make the final list. I really do not know how we will separate the inspirational short list to a final winner, we have a lot of debate ahead. I am really encouraged that our future is in safe hands with the next generation of leaders coming through these awards.'
