We are fortunate to have Sue lead CIHT on many of the challenges affecting highways and transportation professionals including tacking the skills shortage and highlighting the step change needed to improve the diversity of our industry.”

My award reflects the support and hard work of the great people I work with; my colleagues, CIHT Trustees and members, and our stakeholders.”

Sue has led the CIHT for the past seven years over which time the Institution has grown in membership numbers, reach and influence. Sue holds several voluntary and non-executive Director roles and has worked in the built environment sector for over 25 years.
